SCOTT COOK
Principal, Advisory Services
Scott is a highly accomplished, professional consultant, and project manager with over 20 years’ experience within the technology space. Scott is highly motivated and possesses the skills, knowledge and has demonstrated ability in delivering business initiatives and strategic goals in the form of project and program initiatives. He is highly experienced in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, project/portfolio management, and people management.
Scott has worked on multiple projects in Government and private sectors including banking, aviation, immigration, and border control, passenger automation, and biometrics space. He is a specialist in systems design, biometric systems implementation and enhancement, system security and has represented and led the Department of Home Affairs, Sydney, and Melbourne Airports in their most innovative biometric initiatives.
Through the application of sound management skills and the ability to understand and interpret complex ideas, Scott can communicate at all levels and understand the importance of clear and tailored communication. He has worked in some of the highest performing project delivery teams in Government and is also highly capable of working independently if required. Scott has been involved in reporting and governance to the highest levels of Government and the private organisations he has worked with, often interfacing on project matters at the Executive and C level.
DAVID LEE
Principal, Project Services
David is a specialist with 15 years of demonstrated experience in delivering innovative technology projects in the government and private sectors, specialising in complex software deployments. His background is based in delivery and advisory aspects of large scale high-value transformational projects to achieve value for his clients. He approaches the programs and projects from an approach of confident leadership and strength in interconnectedness with all stakeholder relationship networks. He has a strong background in business case development, feasibility and optimisation of assets.
Amongst a range of aviation related projects, David has been involved in the delivery of projects introducing new and innovative technologies into existing operations and which harnesses digital transformation, including biometrics, CCTV and machine vision-enabled capabilities. Consequently, David is heavily involved in stakeholder engagement and change management and possesses a high level of communication skills – written, verbal, in presentation, formal and informal.
David has been predominantly in the technology, software development and implementation space. With his wide range of experience in both planning, implementation and operations, interlaced with technology and innovation as his core industry, David excels at applying a methodical and disciplined approach to the resolution of problems, whilst able to provide advisory level strategies and principles.

Senior Consultant, Advisory Services
Walt is a committed and customer-centric consultant with well-rounded project management experience in the Government, Aviation, IT vendor, and Management Consulting sectors. He has delivered a range of ICT projects within the IT industry ranging from professional services, software development, hardware delivery & implementation, and advisory & consultancy, pre-sales bid management, to research & development.
Having both worked overseas and liaised with stakeholders from all around the world, Walt is adept at implementing strategies and managing resources at different scales and time zones. He has the proven abilities and cross-functional experience to liaise with stakeholders from all levels of management including corporates, multinational organisations, and start-ups.
Walt works closely with customers to implement innovative solutions and translating business requirements into tailored-solutions, where he can execute projects under either waterfall, agile or hybrid project management methodologies. Walton has proven skills and experience in delivering IT projects such as virtualisation, automation and cloud migration, internet of things, and data storage. His interests lie in biometrics, AI, robotics, cybersecurity, and customer success.
Throughout sprints or phases of the project lifecycle, Walt has led small to medium size project teams to complete technical projects involved in different stages of clients’ digital transformation journey where he has gained extensive knowledge over Biometrics, Internet of Things, Application development, Virtualisation, Cloud automation, Cloud Migration, and Enterprise Storage Solutions.
CALEB COFFEY
Consultant, Project Services
Caleb is a dedicated consultant with strong project management, business analysis, and data analytic experience in a range of industries. Caleb began his career at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand before venturing off to Shenzhen, China, where he worked as a Project Manager for ZURU toys.
Most recently, Caleb has been heavily involved in the delivery of a nationwide security screening technology upgrade program. Across several sites, he managed the scoping, installation and integration of Xray equipment into Programmable Control Systems and network infrastructure, on behalf of a security solutions client. This involved the development of attentive project management plans, schedules, risk management plans, network diagrams, conveyor integration diagrams, and the coordination of resources accordingly.
With a strategic business mindset, he has developed the ability to plan and deliver projects aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantage, and bottom-line gains.
